Nigori sake is generally the sweetest of all sake, with a fruity nose and a mild flavor, making a great drink to complement spicy foods or as a dessert wine. Before serving, the bottle is shaken properly to mix the sediment with the sake, to obtain the full range of flavor and its signature look.

Genshu style sake has no added water for dilution, which makes it big and bold with fruit aromas supported on the palate with a velvety dense body featuring melon cherry and pepper finish. Pairs with Spicy Thai food!.

Make with native yeasts, it has an intense nose of yellow apple and poached pear, with floral undertones. On the palata, it’s rich and lush, with flavors of ripe melon and hint of nuttiness.
